Our Tip-offs Anonymous service is independently managed by Deloitte, ensuring complete confidentiality and impartiality throughout the reporting process. Reports can be submitted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via telephone, email, FreePost, or FreeFax facilities. Trained multilingual operators carefully document all information provided, which is then securely escalated to designated senior representatives within the Group for appropriate investigation and action.

Individuals may choose to remain completely anonymous, and all reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
